“It means the world to me that someone would reach out and let us know how important it is to see representation and allyship,” shared Jenn. “I love the idea that it doesn't just have to be queer folx who fly a pride flag. Because the flag encompasses all of us.”
Jenn and her family are proud to stand with their friends, family and neighbors. They hope that hanging this flag will remind others that there are safe spaces in their neighborhoods.
“Part of normalization and widespread acceptance is flying the flag as allies,” she stated.
Jenn is happy to show people that putting yourself out there as an ally can make a huge difference in the lives of so many people.
Final thoughts: Pride Palace is beyond proud of Jenn and her family for supporting the LGBTQ+ community and inspiring others to do the same.
