    Our products usually ship within 5-7 business days! However, shipping could take a longer time if we have a lot of orders due to a new launch product or sale! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. 

     


  • How do I change something on my order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email support@pridepalace.lgbt. Please not that once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. We recommend you request any changes within 48 hours of ordering to assure we can help! 

  • Return Policy

    We will gladly replace any damaged item due to shipping. You can exchange for the same product you have purchased within 14 days of delivery.
