Return Policy
We will gladly replace any damaged item due to shipping. You can exchange for the same product you have purchased within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team at support@pridepalace.lgbt for additional assistance. Please include a photo of your damaged item so we can assist you quicker.
How long does it take to process my refund?
After we receive your request and determined that you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours. It will take 5-10 days for the refund amount to appear on your original payment method.
